Finnish Beast recalls the golden age of the Viking culture, and the powerful and mysterious mythology of our ancestors.

In 1968, a bronze and iron sword with an intricately carved hilt was found in a Viking grave in Suontaka, west of Helsinki. Ola studied the beast’s head, and the interweaving lines that surrounded it, and, after many hours of drawing, came up with the final designs.

She called the collection Finnish Beast - for no one is sure whether the animal portrayed is a horse, a dragon or something even more mysterious. What's certain is that this is one of our most admired collections, with its flowing lines, sculptural depth, and resonant echoes of our Viking past.

Spectacular Piece

Purchased this necklet and the matching earrings. Couldn’t be more pleased with both. These are such a unique design. The shipping to the States was quick as well!

Amazing

I had looked at the Finnish Beast pieces for years. Literally years. I finally got a promotion and substantial raise and so I thought I should treat myself. So I did, purchasing the necklet and both sets of earrings in silver. They are just as amazing as I’d dreamed. The quality and craftsmanship is incredible and the service was top notch. I got the parcels extremely fast given the global pandemic and being in the US. Really super impressed and would definitely order again.

Gorgeous

I chose this piece and the matching earrings for my 40th wedding anniversary present (I don't like rubies). I am really happy with my choice, have had many admiring comments and always feel fabulous wearing them.

Finnish Beast Necklet

The craftsmanship on this neck-let is absolutely stunning and so beautifully ornate. I really love this neck-let - it is yet another Ola Gorie masterpiece to wear with pride as with my previous swan and Asgard swan necklaces purchased.

The customer service is also 5 star.

Thank you
